Built for the moment before you speak.

OratioCue began as a tool for one recurring problem: written words that refused to sound spoken. Every design decision since serves that one problem.

The name is deliberate. Oratio — the classical art of speaking — meetsCue — the signal that tells you when to go on. Between the two sits the whole product: a thin red line that keeps your place while you keep the room.

We build it as a desktop instrument, not a web service, because the moment before you speak deserves reliability: scripts on your machine, recordings in your folder, and a prompter that works whether or not the network does.

Our design principle, borrowed and kept:the interface should disappear; the words should remain.
